Steal the workflow I use to ship client sites.
Every script, checklist, agent prompt, and template behind the sites in my portfolio. Not a video course about building websites. The actual tools I run, packaged so you can run them too.
*Single-page rebuild from a business's existing live site, no client assets needed. Timed with hard clock reads, not vibes.
Seven modules. One working system.
Each module is the tool plus the playbook for using it. They chain together: intake feeds the build, the build feeds the QA gate, the QA gate feeds the deploy.
The offer & funnel
The mockup-first pitch: rebuild a local business's site before you ever talk to them, put it on a private preview link, and open with "here's your new site." Includes the free-for-portfolio ladder and the $250 revamp scope that keeps you out of trouble.
Intake
A crawler that turns any live site into a sourced fact table, a real client questionnaire, photo triage rules, and a name-clearance checklist. Bad intake is where most builds go wrong; this is the fence.
The build system
The folder skeleton, the SEO support-file set every site gets, the schema-in-lockstep rule, and a model-agnostic image prompt pack for when you need assets and don't have a photographer.
The QA gate
A Playwright sweep script that checks 8+ viewports and knows a dozen ways headless browsers lie. Five Claude Code agent definitions, including an adversarial verifier that tries to kill every finding before you waste time fixing non-bugs. Plus the rubric and a client-facing report template.
Deploy & launch
A deploy script that stages a clean copy, pushes to Cloudflare Pages, and verifies the live result with proper backoff. The launch runbook puts DNS safety first, because taking down a client's email is the one mistake they never forgive.
Client comms
The un-AI copy pass that keeps your emails from smelling like a robot wrote them, the CLIENT-NOTES ledger, and the approval gate: previews need nobody's permission, production always does.
GEO
Getting your clients cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews: llms.txt, schema, crawler access. Packaged as an audit you can sell as an upsell.
The reveal-reel tool
A script that films any live site into a vertical scroll-reveal video for TikTok and reels. Your marketing content, generated from your own work.
This system gets dogfooded, on the record.
I don't sell theory. Every checklist entry in this pack exists because something actually went wrong on a real build: the screenshot tool that silently drops the bottom of tall pages, the DNS cache that swears a live site is down, the deploy that publishes files you thought you deleted. Each one cost me an afternoon so it doesn't have to cost you one.
The audit engine is the part I'd charge double for. On its first full run against one of my own live sites, it confirmed 14 findings in about ten minutes, including a mobile-nav bug that an earlier, bigger audit had missed. Every finding gets attacked by an adversarial verifier agent before it reaches you, so you fix real bugs instead of chasing false positives.
Who this is for.
You'll get your money's worth if you:
- Build (or want to build) websites for local businesses
- Use Claude Code, or you're ready to start
- Can edit HTML/CSS and run a command-line tool
- Want a repeatable system instead of reinventing your process every project
Skip it if you:
- Want a no-code page-builder workflow. This is hand-coded, static sites
- Are looking for passive income advice. This is a working toolkit, and the work is real
- Won't use the command line at all
The fine print, up front.
What exactly do I get?
36 files across 7 modules plus a bonus: Python tools (the QA sweep, the deploy script, the intake crawler, the reel renderer), five Claude Code agent definitions, a multi-agent audit workflow, seven battle-tested checklists, the QA rubric, a client-facing report template, and the playbook docs that tie it together. A README walks you through install order.
What do I need to run it?
Python 3.10+, a free Cloudflare account, and Claude Code for the agent-driven QA. Hosting for the sites you build is free on Cloudflare Pages. Full prerequisites are listed in the pack README, including the one setup step everyone misses.
What does the AI-powered QA actually cost to run?
The multi-agent audits use your Claude usage. The pack includes measured numbers from my own runs at each tier, so you can decide when a quick smoke check is enough and when a launch deserves the full three-verifier gate. No hand-waving; the costs are printed.
Is this a course with videos?
No. It's the working toolkit plus written playbooks. You could watch someone talk about QA for six hours, or you could run the QA script on a real site in six minutes.
